Help lower tuition fees at public universities

Over the past few years, tuition fees have skyrocketed throughout many different universities. Students like me are having a hard time finding means to get a proper education. I know the Obama administration has helped by adopting many financial programs and reinforcing pre-existing programs such as FAFSA, but these programs are not being used to their full potential. I ask that the Obama administration review these programs and find a better method to allocate financial resources to all students instead of just basing it on yearly salaries. Also, many wealthy students are receiving financial aid by various means while middle-class and poor students have to take loans with high interest rates. Please remember that today's generation is tomorrow's promises and adjust means for that.
