Adoption is important. It not only gives an unwanted child a home, but it also enables a couple/person's dreams to come true. For many folks, adoption is a last resort after years of identifying and "curing" infertility, which is very costly, leaving adoption unattainable to the average person. Of course making sure your background is good and all is great, but parenting classes and homestudies should NOT be required and if so, made more affordable. You sure don't need any of those services to have a child.
