Many immigrants come to the United States to flee from the crime and violence that they face in their native country. For example, Honduras is the murder capital of the world, the homicide rate is 90.4 per 100,000 people while the United States rate is 4.5 per 100,000 people. We want to primarily help the undocumented Latinos living in Maryland and other undocumented minorities as well. The biggest fear undocumented Latinos have is being deported back to their native country and risk getting killed. I hope that fear ends and they can live peacefully knowing that they're safe from being sent back and will be able to provide a better future for their future generations.
