Help make common space flight possible

Created by A.S. on September 17, 2013

Open up a contest to all college and high school students. The topic of the contest: create a method of lift and propulsion which can be sustained in atmosphere, upper atmosphere, and space, and which will allow a vessel of moderate size and proportion to lift from the Earth in a controlled manner without the use of an external rocket, achieve orbital escape, enter space, re-enter orbit, and land in a controlled manner. The five students with the ideas found most likely to be feasible will be given an immediate job at NASA, regardless of qualifications. This will bring new innovation to a field mired in purely mathematical and traditional thinking. With this idea, we could achieve repeatable space flight within a decade.
