Help make schools better so the kids get better education.Pay attention in school but put new systems so in the schools.

I would like to put better school systems in the public schools and the food that they serve to the kids most kids don't even eat. Most kids are failing because they don't like the teaching and I think they need teachers that will make learning fun and easy.New school rules.
