Help me to finish my PhD degree at UoP. I spent over $40,000 @ UoP, since 2 years my PhD stop Due to a Balance of $3,800

Dear My US President,,
While I am writing this petition, I am sad & very upset with your office & my school "University of Phoenix". I sent you my grief many times, but nothing heard back from your office. I need to finish my doctoral degree. I was almost done with my study program, but on 6/21/2011, UoP stopped me from finishing my degree for a balance of $3800, . UoP collected over $45,000 from my financial aid. Like millions US citizens, who spent over $165,000 on my education to get a good job. I am jobless since 2005, I decided to go overseas to bring bread to my family back home. Why my UoP is not helping me while taking good money from my government in such hard economy? Why my president is not caring for its citizens? I spent a good money on my education, WHY UoP should stop me?
