Ive been fighting new york city acs for about 4 years now ive completed all my services that were asked of me. My caseworker refuses to work with me to help me get my daughter back. I dont know where else to turn so im seeking help from anyone that can help me. I have my own apartment with my husband that has already been approved by the state.
