help the mentally unstable people get the treatment that they need so that we will have less random killings

This is a petition to get the care for those out there that are mentally unstable and need to be treated so that they wont have random acts of violence. we cannot blame the guns for the senseless tragedies we have to get the help for those before the murders are even thought of.
