Help the middle class by pushing to have Banks give out Community small business loans/grant to help the middle class

We are asking that the inner communities have access to monies that can help create community jobs for the middle class, no-one is hurting more than the middle class, Please help push for monies to be awarded to community service groups that focus on the community thru community service work...
