We want to modify or mortgage. My Son left and we can no longer afford the house. We want to remove the PMI (primary mortgage insurance). They will not do it. If it is removed, we can afford the house. Currently, my daughter and son in law are helping us. We were told by HUD to "get another job". We can't work two jobs as we are in our sixties. Please help us.
