Amend the FCRA Section 605(a) to its original state prior to November 2, 1998 limiting the reporting of criminal convictions by Consumer Reporting Agencies to only seven years, thus removing the current unlimited reporting length of time. Rescind (Senate Bill 2561, Pub. L. No. 105-347) ("CRCA"). Help more qualified Americans get jobs! Reduce the financial burden of the government to house and support Americans who are discriminated against due to past mistakes. Allow government spending on education through financial aid to obtain a result. Help stop employment discrimination by setting standards that makes employers focus on a candidate’s qualifications instead of past mistakes
