Our local gov is hurting us and has been for over 20yrs please help us now! On 1/16/2012 Martin Luther King Day, at 7:00AM, A court officer, who probably took an oath to uphold the Constitution of the USA, forced me out of our home, and said if I returned I'd be arrested and my mother was evicted as well, she just turned 86 on 12/28/2011. The temp is in the 20s, we are now homeless. I'm a 64 yr old vet who should be getting a pension but am not, We were motioning the 84th Dst. Ct. for a new trial but were denied, in violation of her right to a fair trial DUE PROCESS.Her house was paid for but she owed back taxes, which were incorrect because she hadn't been credited for some of her money that was in the treasurers office.The court also gave me a choice my kids or freedom. sos!
