Help Revive the TALENT ACT that didn't pass through Congress. (S.857 and H.R. 1674)
Our Nation's best and brightest students need help, because they're radically different thinkers and learners that need the attention that gifted education provides. GATE students, especially impoverished ones aren't reaching their full potential. They're less likely to graduate college or even to graduate high school, because we didn't nurture their minds.
