Help new graduate nurses! We are all having a difficult time finding jobs that will train new RNs. Most positions specifically state "one year minimum experience required" but no one is willing to give us that one year. We worked very hard in school, put ourselves in substantial debt, and now have loans to pay which we cannot afford. This is not the American dream.
