Help the North Korean people and take out the Kim regime

The people has suffered enough sanctions aren't doing nothing it hurts the people more than the regime they have continued to threaten our nation with nuclear attacks they have been involved in multiple terrorist acts. This country is the most serious threat not Iran or Syria but a nuclear North Korea with a young 28 or 29 year old with his hands on a nuclear weapon I do not like war but in this case I think one would be justified against North Korea,
