The unrepresentative Senate with its undemocratic holds & filibusters which have led to the current Constitutional crisis with the SCOTUS vacancy must go. This petition would ask the Obama Administration to help organize & otherwise support a Constitutional Amendment abolishing the Senate & replacing it with a 1,000-seat unicameral Congress voted on by proportional representation (PR)--thereby eliminating the need to draw congressional districts since there won't be any--with each voter allowed 10 votes to distribute however they choose on the list of parties for Congress (you can vote 10 times for 1 party, 2 times each for 5 different parties, etc.)--thereby eliminating the dilemma between either having majority-minority districts vs. having more competitive districts for the Democrats.
