Child abuse is a major issue, no doubt there, but people have begun to use the reporting system as a tool for revenge. Innocent parents are being harrassed. Thousands of dollars are being wasted. Also, harrassing parents who are veterans with PTSD should NOT have to be publically humilated because people just do NOT understand it.
