Help the Parents that obtained Parent-Plus Loans for their children, with the expectation of the student paying off the loan upon their graduation and getting a job, only they have no legal obligation of doing so. Now the Parent is stuck with a loan, that is not considered a student loan, and doesn't have the money to make the payments. The Parent Plus Loans need to be STOPPED and all outstanding balances should be forgiven by grants.
