help pass an amendment to the Constitution that insure the right of privacy to the citizens of the United States.

The Constitution is to be amended that all citizens have the fundamental right to privacy. This amendment requires an open court warrant to invade the privacy of a citizen. The right to privacy includes in their place of residency, their phones (including land lines, cell phones, and computer systems and all future technology that allows individual citizens the expectation of privacy), their IP addresses, websites visited, personal email, what they watch and what they read. It is the responsibility of the government to trust its citizen rather than the citizens to trust their government. This amendment covers just citizens, legal immigrants, and diplomats. This does not cover any form of businesses or corporations doing business within the borders of the United States.
