Honorable President Obama, we understand a 100,00 signatures are needed for the undersign citizens petition to pass to law. Wheelchair-driving citizens need a sign and parking space; any vehicle backing up is dangerous for a wheelchair bound person. Most vehicles experience a blind spot; new vehicles sit higher than four inches off the ground. A law, along with a handicap sign is needed to prevent loss of life or injury to wheelchair citizens. It is a growing need already but since so many military are returning injured from war in wheelchairs, it needs to be address quickly.
