help pass a law that allows to do random every 30 day inspections of people living in housing.

Too many people living in housing are breaking the rules/law by allowing people who are not on the lease live in the property. They collect welfare and are allowed to receive public housing on the understanding that most are single parents receiving no financial help from anyone. Most of the time these people have someone else living on the property helping out or just freeloading on the taxpayers dime. A random inspection every year is not working at all. I believe that a inspection should be randomly done every 30 days at the very least.
