Help pass legislation to nullify Kansas state bill 2453 in the interest of the rights of no hetero-normative americans.

Created by D.C. on February 13, 2014

The state of Kansas is in the process of passing HB-2543, a bill which would allow any individual or religious entity to deny "any services, accommodations, advantages, facilities,
goods, or privileges; provide counseling, adoption, foster care and other
social services; or provide employment or employment benefits, related to,
or related to the celebration of, any marriage, domestic partnership, civil
union or similar arrangement" to individuals they deem that, in doing so, would contradict their "sincerely held religious
beliefs." This would allow the citizens of Kansas to institute a Jim-Crow like segregation reform. Please encourage legislation to prevent this bill, and others like it, from infringing upon the constitutional rights of LGBTQ citizens
