Help pass the "Stop Trading on Congressional Knowledge (STOCK) Act"

Created by A.A. on November 14, 2011

Sections 16(b) and 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 directly and indirectly address insider trading. Congress enacted this act after the stock market crash of 1929. [6] The United States is generally viewed as having the strictest laws against illegal insider trading, and makes the most serious efforts to enforce them.

Our law makers are gaining from the information they gain in congress this can potentially give them an agenda. Insider trading within government must be stopped in order to have legitimate discussion on the economy.
