Help pay for my wife's and mine college education.

Me and my wife have both had jobs since we were 16 to help our families. We contribute to society still both working at least part time. We recently had a son who we love and want to make a good life for. We applied for government aid and were denied because we made to much apparently. They said we this because we live with my parents and their income has to be counted since I am under 22. Even though we split the bills and all struggle. We both plan on teaching when we graduate from college at WKU but are unable to receive almost any help and have had to use mainly loans to pay for college. I have put myself in debt for my family with credit cards and loans for my parents and was hoping fora little help from the government for someone trying to do right and and better for themselves
