I'm a retired Chicago Public School, School Clerk who worked for the School System 30 years and the Chicago Park District for 10 years for a total of 40 years. I am now retired since 2007, and have been paying $1000 per month for my health insurance. I have never paid into the Social Security System so I'm not entitled to that. Now the Mayor is ctting my pension by $13,000 per year to balance his budget. Are the Aldermen and Rahm cutting their pensions to balance the City's SHORT FALL????? No I don't think so! They are cutting the Poorest of the city's workers to balance the SINS of the FATHERS! I don't get a huge pension. I have MS, and I'm handicapped, I have a mortgage, a car payment, taxes to pay and I can't afford to have my pension CUT! I'm on a grant from the MS society fo
