Help people that are going through the nightmare of the mental health care system in North Carolina.

The citizens of North Carolina have been wronged by the very same people that are being given federal money to help us. This is not only a petition it is a cry for help. We need change in who the federally funded subsidies administrators in our state are. I am petitioning for you the Government to let me decide how the money will be best spent. I know what Organizations are using it for the right reasons. And I know for a fact who is not using it for the right reasons. We need Change in the regulations in our state. I believe that I will do what is best for all of the citizens of the state of North Carolina who day in and day out have to fight for proper mental health care in our state. It is time for change and that time is now. We can not afford to wait. This is a life or death situation
