The Government in Bosnia and Herzegovina is so corrupt, they also are ethnically divided so the Bosnians will not have any power as the Serbs and Croats try to gain territory from Bosnia. The politicians live like kings while everyone in Bosnia is starving and can not find a job. If the U.S. won't help Bosnia no one will!
