Help people with Cerebral Palsey

We the people with Cerebral Palsy want equal rights to work and not have government, employers, appointed experts and leader (Social workers, Teachers, Housing Authorities ) to take away what little money we do get. We need a Coogan law to prevent predators taking absolute dominon and control over our finances and daily lives. We C.P.'s aught to be able to have and keep more than $2000.00 in our bank accounts. We need to enact safety measures once and for all, transending dangerous limits on what is believed by experts we can do. We need to end ALL obscene practices which link brain damage with retardation.
