I am a veteranof 7.5 yrs.of service,i also worked for the Postal Service 23.5 yrs.i was hit by a car while walking accross the street in Dec,2004 i went to rehab for two yrs.after which i tried to go back to work,but the injuries were to sever so i went out on disablity retirement a couple of years later,i wasn't very happy with that decision so sence the time of the accident i went into forecloser, and it took my attorney five yrs.before the Mortgage co. would respond so now my principle balance $360,000 from $187,000 all because the mortgage can and so they did,my mortgage payments went from $1300.00 to $3483.00 i can't afford this payment the Making Home Affordable isn't working for me i've been tring sence Dec,2011 and they lose paperwork or forget things almost a yr.i need help.
