The Japanese Gov. has said that it is a "tradition". Tradition or not, it is animal cruelty. If it must continue, there there should be a law regulating how many dolphins they can kill/capture. Some of the coves where the hunts take place are completely red with dolphin blood. These people are killing animals who are defenseless against humans.
