The County Clerk of Rowan County, Kentucky, Kim Davis, took an oath to serve the people of Rowan County. Kim Davis blatantly refuses to serve the people of the county and regularly denies the people of Rowan County their rights as humans. We ask that you dismiss her from this position for continual insubordination and failure to uphold the laws of the land.
