Help people who are suffer from mental illness have a voice and stop suffer abuse from hospital local institutions

Hello my name is Eli Dominguez and I suffer from mental illness add adhd ocd Tourette syndrome and mood disorders and I was in the hospital I had to beg for food and what and I was slammed to the ground I spoke up and was silenced by the hospital I reported it to staff Monica Martin and Timothy Thompson and Anna Roth the ceo and I was denied I talked to the doctors board and the state department of health and the psychiatric association of America and I have no answer to staff drunk high to work and threatening patients have camera in the restroom facilities and I don't know what to get though to contra Costa county or all of the hospital and county and affiliates within the health system but when do you draw the line and start helping instead of use give these people proper help
