help the people who need thier credit scores raised in order to obtain a mortgage. Low scores due to economy.

I would like to request that the Administration consider raising peoples credit scores to 700 so they may obtain a mortgage.
Credit scores have plunged due to the economy and not due to any irresponsibility on the people's part. In order to raise credit scores, people who could afford to pay a mortgage must pay a company to see if anything can be removed or be challanged.
Due to supply and demand, those who have rental houses ask for a larger rent payment than the home's worth. Those such as I who are trying to afford a home on a single salary can't pay inflated rent for a home. We are entitled to home ownership, and are being denied this right due to the actions of banks and other lenders that have led to the state the economy is in.
Forclosed properties should be made availbe to rent.
