This is a petition demanding improvement to the deplorable and life endangering environment thrust upon citizens of Harris County, Texas that may have, will suffer the horrifying experience of a jail system that practices the revocation of one's dignity and goes beyond common decency, that violates the first, fourth and fifth amendment-ignoring due process and subjecting pretrial detainees to near starvation, physical abuse, insufficient medical care/ exposure to diseases such as Tuberculosis.
