A professor of political science and statistics at the University of Michigan performed some statistical analyses and discovered some significant abnormalities- urging the Clinton team to petition for a recount in Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. Hillary Clinton leads the popular vote by over 2.5 million votes. Donald Trump won the election only by the Electoral College, which he criticized in 2012.
Thus far, Dr. Jill Stein has raised over $6.5 million for the recount(https://jillstein.nationbuilder.com/recount). The recount has begun in Wisconsin, but Super PACS in support of President-Elect Donald Trump are making attempts to block recount attempts in Michigan.
We ask Congress to allow recounts to be performed in MI, WI and PA. Super PACS should not be allowed to suppress recounts.
