Everyone in every job has a requirement when dealing with clients or patrons to be respectful, helpful, and considerate despite the hardships of their profession. Since the DMV has no competition, and that a license is nearly required in all positions today, the stereotype of the DMV as unpleasant is not only understood, but statistically shared by most Americans. To help the public outlook on the DMV as the beneficial service that it is, I petition to create programs to develop a better repor with the everyday joe that walks into the DMV.
