Help protect families' rights by restricting powers of CPS and proposing parental rights legislation.

Created by B.B. on May 04, 2013

The case of Anna and Alex Nikolayev wrongfully losing their child after forced entry by police without court order - due to an incorrectly handled CPS case - is just one of many cases exposing injustices by CPS that hurts families.

We would like the president to help push for changes to CPS and help sponsor a bill in order to:
(1) Improve how CPS is administered, including its processes, to protect parents and families.
(2) Prevent budget processes from unintentionally providing an incentive for CPS to take an increased number of children in custody with questionable reasons.
(3) Increase judicial oversight and require warrants or court orders in all cases where children are seized or homes will be forcefully entered.
(4) Create a mechanism for regular audits and legislative oversight.
