The devastating flooding in Croatia, Serbia and Bosnia have left thousands of people without food and shelter. I petition President Obama to work with Secretary Kerry, and USAID, to provide immediate resources and assistance to the governments of Croatia, Serbia and Bosnia.
As a Serbian American, and former U.S. Homeland Security official, I'm asking my fellow Americans to join me and others in persuading the U.S. government to assist all those effected by the devastating flooding in the Balkans.
