As you probably know, states across the country have issues receiving access to high-speed internet. In fact, most folks in rural areas are still using dial-up! Dial-up!
This causes these rural folks to not have the same access to information as the rest of the country, especially NY and CA, and is quickly creating a knowledge gap between coastal, high speed America, and rural America.
Use the need for economic stimulus to press for a high-speed infrastructure, like other countries (China) are building.
