Seeing the effects of global climate change for the long term,
Being that I and many of my colleges are concerned republicans in and around the Gulf Coast,
Observing that many allied nations are setting plans for carbon neutrality,
Advising against the use of foreign oil and natural gas,
and Noting that giving up so that future generations can prosper in a clean and free environment,
We the people of the Gulf Coast area and beyond petition President Obama to set plans for carbon neutrality by 2030; using any legally and constitutional means necessary to achieve carbon neutrality.
