After seeing many news stories of kids and people abusing intellectually disabled individuals I have been outraged and want to help put a stop to it. We should create laws that if any one physically or mentally attacks a intellectually disabled indvidual they should face hefty fines and or punishment. I understand name calling is one thing, but when things start going into physically attacking someone who can not defend themselves then the government and people of the United states should help defend them.
