South Carolina has a strick 9\10s of the law penalty, New Jersey holds 1\10th the law for inmate carceration. First time offenders are penalized harshly in the state as even Facebook users caught online in the prison system are remaindered longer prison sentences, strick unruly in fairness. Doctors are afraid to prescribe prescription medication needed for patients because their afraid of loosing hard earned carriers, leaving many patients premature and neonatal citizens increasing family earnings for wages spent. Please reconsider reviewing the state of South Carolina and establish the equal oppurtunity partnership for justice to bring an economy back to our beautiful state.
