Help with residential placement for autistic/ m r teenager. In Richmond, IN. Safty concerns for smaller children in home

I have a 15 year old daughter with autisum and mental retardation that has a history of lashing out violently, medicine doesn't seem to help with this, and everywhere we have turned for help we seem to come up empty handed for help. We have a 5 year old and a 10 year old in the home that are in harms way. Our daughter has lashed out grabbing knives, hammers, anything that she can use as a weapon and we are fearful for our lives and the lives of our smaller children. The latest outburst our daughter came through the house with a hammer going after a CPS female agent, and still nothing has been done. Please we need some help.
