Over 1.3 million kids homeless in this country. Over 2.6 million kids will runaway this year. Within the first 48 hours of being on the street many kids will engage in survival sex. Many people people believe that kids runaway from home because they don't like the rules but the truth is many are running from abuse..physical, sexual, & emotional. Running from homes with parents who abuse drugs or might be homeless themselves. It is proven with the right help many of these kids will succeed & go on to live successful lives. We need more awareness to the issue and more funding from the Government to solve this crisis. By helping these kids now we will save this country millions later.
