The Fair Labor Standards Act needs to be changed to make it harder for Retail stores to wrongly classify Store Managers who spend over half of their time doing non-managerial duties from getting paid overtime. This issue is affecting thousands of hard working Americans who are being cheated much needed income because companies can find grey area's in the law.
