This historic home in a suburb of Cincinnati is in danger of being demolished! It was the home of Ivory Soap creator James Gamble.Built in the 1800s, this architectural masterpiece has been uninhabited for several years, is in need of repairs, and is completely structurally sound. A private company currently owns the home, and although they have been offered money for house, begged and pleaded with by the city and the community to save the house, have declined all offers. If we can get the house listed as a State -or even national- historical site, we can surely collect donations to get the house back to living condition, and possibly turn it into a B&B so it would be self sufficient! The city of Cincinnati is struggling to remember its positive history, help us remember!
