This petition requests legislation and funds to build 'GravTrans' (US Patent # 8322943) transportation systems.
GravTrans (view @ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ab3gYHZjx2g) is a 'green' transportation system that reduces greenhouse gases, reduces U.S. dependence on foreign oil, and reduces heart disease, obesity and cancer (by helping to create an 'exercise culture').
The legislation would involve making FEMA, HUD, or other federal funding (such as highway funds) contingent upon states zoning, planning and constructing GravTrans systems.
Funds would help 'start up' expandable GravTrans systems.
Occam's Razor dictates that among numerous solutions the simplest solution is the best solution. GravTrans is a simple answer for some of our climate, energy, and transportation problems.
