With the current state of social security it is only prudent that our current administration try to find ways to save it for people whom have paid into it and deserve it and stop the people who take advantage of the system and don't need it.
I believe a whistle blower law for people on disability would vastly decrease the abuse of the current system. There are many people who collect disability benefits yet are seen publically doing and showing the ability to work. Furthermore there are a great deal of people who collect benefits yet work for cash and pay no taxes on that income.
With a whistle blower law you can have citizens submit visual proof of these people taking advantage of the system and with a small reward be able to save many times that per year in less benefits given.
