We, Ukrainian-Americans, are perfectly realizing that Russia will not stop its invasion in Ukraine. We perfectly understand that Putin wants whole Ukraine. Some Russian governors are openly stating that all Ukrainians must be destroyed/killed. We understand that Putin’s propaganda can lead to the massive Ukrainian murders as Adolf Hitler used his propaganda against Jewish people. We, Ukrainian-Americans, are asking our U.S.A. government to make exceptions in USCIS policies and accept/review U.S.A. citizens’ relatives’ refugee visas or relatives’ applications for green cards in Kiev instead of Moscow. U.S.A government and USCIS have to understand that our relatives who receive life threats from Russians cannot go to Mosco
