Help Seniors and others who have become unemployed after the Dec 13, 2013 end of the Federal Extentions

Many Seniors and others became unemployed after the Dec. 13, 2013 end of Federal Extentions.
What are we to do?? Lots of hard working people who lost jobs will lose the roof over their heads if something isn't done. In my case I am over 60 and you can only imagine all the employers trying to knock down my door. We've worked our whole lives and paid into unemployment. We should not have to suffer or beg for unemployment benefits.
Please help us older applicants who are having difficulty finding a job get the much needed extension.
